Fall Festival Silent Auction privacy policy: 

Your personal information will only be used for your participation in the Fall Festival Silent Auction.  If you are the highest bidder on a service or experience, in some cases your name and contact info may be disclosed to the business or individual providing the service/experience at their request, to help prevent fraud.  

To remove your personal information (which may prevent you from bidding anymore), send an email to Festival@silcc.org.   

By bidding on an item, you are agreeing to purchase the item if you should win.

By providing a credit card on file, you agree to your card being charged at the conclusion of the event for the amount of all your winning bids.
