BDB Clay Shoot

Bauer Design Build and our event sponsors invite you to the 6th Annual Sporting Clay Fundraiser Event benefiting Gilda's Club MN. Enjoy an afternoon of sport clay shooting, a delicious pig roast, silent auction, and an opportunity to bring home a new shotgun!

Regular Tickets: All regular registrants must register themselves individually. If you want to be partnered with another individual, please indicate the individuals first and last name during the registration process.

Sponsor Tickets: All sponsor registrants with allotted admission tickets must register under Sponsor Tickets based on the number of tickets provided for level of sponsorship (Premier - 8, Lead - 8, Platinum - 4, Gold - 2, Shotgun Shells - 2). During registration there will be an option to select your company and list shooter names.

Beer & Wine Sponsors, Course Refreshments Sponsors, and Station Sponsors may register under regular tickets if planning on shooting at the event.

All tickets purchased include clay shooting, shells, pig roast, drinks and opportunities to bring home prizes!

You may bring your own shotgun to use or gun rental is available on a first come, first serve basis. Shotgun shells will be provided. All participates are required to fill out a liability waiver and release agreement upon arrival. Please be sure to wear safety glasses or sunglasses when shooting.

Space is limited and this event will take place rain or shine!

This event is benefiting Gilda's Club MN, a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps support those in Minnesota impacted by any type of cancer with free social and emotional support, so that no one faces cancer alone. What's the refund policy?

No refunds are available after tickets are purchased. Tickets may be transferred to another name if necessary.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, please contact our event organizer Emily Norman at [email protected] or 763-999-7591 for any registration changes after you have purchased a ticket.

Will the event still happen if it rains?

Yes, this event will take place rain or shine.

Can I rent a gun from the MN Horse and Hunt Club to participate?

Yes, gun rentals are available on a first come, first serve basis for an additional fee. Please bring your ID if you will be renting a shotgun from the Minnesota Horse and Hunt Club

Why is Bauer Design Build organizing a fundraiser for Gilda's Club Twin Cities?

Mike Bauer, Founder and President of Bauer Design Build, said it best: "Cancer has touched my life in many ways, as it may have yours. Gilda's Club MN is an organization that helps those whose lives are being impacted by cancer. It is a local, independent community-funded non-profit organization that operates 100% from donations. I was awestruck by the passion and great mission of this organization. They offer approximately 140 to 160 programs per month, and every program is completely free to participants, so that there is no additional financial barrier to receiving support. Gilda's offers over 18 weekly support groups for people who are dealing with cancer in some way shape or form, in addition to education sessions, healthy lifestyle classes, and social opportunities. I was so impressed with their compassion and the quality of the entire organization that I joined their Board of Directors and also their Development Committee."
