We are looking forward to our Casino Night this Friday. It is going to be a great evening and here is some information to know before you go!

 

WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT START AND END?

The event is 6:30-9:30 p.m. at the Windgate Ranch Outdoor Living Room.

 Here's what else to expect:

· Bar, dinner buffet and gaming opens at 6:30 PM

·  50/50 Raffle Drawing: 8:40 PM 

·  Casino Games end at 9:15 PM

·  Raffle Drawing for Casino Winners 9:20 PM

·  Silent Auction Closes: 9:30 PM

·  Event concludes 9:30 PM


I CANNOT ATTEND THE EVENT. HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?

First, create an online account through our event website - CopperRidge2024.givesmart.com

You can then bid on auction items and purchase 50/50 raffle tickets. Winner does not need to be present at the event.

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE?

Your ticket includes admission to our Casino Night. Open Bar, an Italian Buffet, Photo Booth, and a voucher for $500 in chips.

 

WAIT, I AM NOT GAMBLING FOR REAL MONEY?

Simple answer: No. This is a Fundraiser benefiting the Copper Ridge PTO. For every $500 in chips, players will exchange for one raffle ticket. Raffle drawing will be at the conclusion of our event.

 

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

First and foremost, we want everyone to have a great time, but in a responsible manner of course. We encourage all attendees to use Lyft or Uber. Parking is limited at the Windgate Ranch Community Center.

 

WHAT DO I TELL THE GUARD GATE?

Tell them you are attending the Copper Ridge School Fundraiser being held at the Outdoor Living Room.

 

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

The dress code is semi-causal. The event will be held exclusively outside, so please dress accordingly.

 

DO I NEED TO BRING ANY CASH?

Raffle and silent auction are done through our event website. Please attach your credit card if you have not done so already. CopperRidge2024.givesmart.com and if you feel inclined, you may bring cash to tip the bartenders and dealers.
