The name FELT represents the warm feeling that creative partners Catherine Dunton & Holly Grannon want every client to experience while shopping in their store. The FELT selling philosophy is rooted in hands-on and individualized customer service.

In the midst of darkness, hope emerged. After the tragic loss of my mother, I found myself searching for signs of her presence and love. The universe answered my request with a series of beautiful signs, but it was in my recurring dreams of making crystal healing hats that I found true solace. Despite the deep wounds and longing in my heart, each hat I create seems to heal a part of me. Through Glo Design Lab, I have transformed my suffering into a source of light. No longer do I endure in my struggle; instead, I embrace it as an opportunity for growth. These dreams were a gift from my mother, guiding me toward healing and strength. I am compelled to share this transformative experience with you because it has turned my pain into purpose, and I believe in the potential for such transformation within you as well. Each hat I create is infused with love, compassion, and a genuine desire to bring solace to those who wear them. I dedicate this mission to my beloved mother, Susan, whose love and inspiration remain my guiding light.
