In three one-on-one sessions, Liv will address your concerns and work with you to customize a plan that fits your family's (probably very busy!) lifestyle.

As a registered dietitian, Liv Lee (MS, RDN, LDN) brings a blend of nutrition science ("what to eat") and behavior science ("how to eat") that places her in a unique and vital role within the healthcare system.

Additionally, her background in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology makes her uniquely qualified to work with recreational athletes for optimal athletic performance. Liv earned her masters in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Teachers College at Columbia University and completed her dietetic internship at numerous clinical and community settings.

You will receive a two hour one-on-one consultation with a Montessori certified teacher, (our very own Olivia Powers) specifically ages 0-6, to prepare the home environment in a way that allows for the child to be most successful in developing independence. After a discussion of your goals and plans, you will have the option to have Olivia come into your home to organize the agreed upon space or to go on a guided shopping trip.
