Gather in ISDenver parents Leah and Stephen Berg's beautiful Montclair home for a curated wine tasting to begin your experience, presented by Stephen, a former winemaker and sommelier. After wine tasting, enjoy an unforgettable dinner with master sushi chef, and owner of Fish on Rice, Mark Dinh. Mark discovered his passion for cooking at an early age working in his mother's sushi restaurant in Colorado. A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (NYC), Mark worked at Le Bernardin and Morimoto before opening Matsuhisa in Vail under Nobu Matsuhia himself. Today, Mark continues to hone his skills at Nobu's Matsuhisa in Cherry Creek, while also creating high quality cuisine in the comfort of private homes.
