Mark, a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (NYC), worked at Le Bernardin and Morimoto before opening Matsuhisa in Vail under Nobu Matsuhia himself. Today, Mark continues to hone his skills at Nobu's Matsuhisa in Cherry Creek, while also creating high quality cuisine in the comfort of private homes.

ISDenver dad John Miquel, a 30-year cigar smoker with a deep knowledge and passionate enthusiasm for cigars, will leverage his experiences with the Cuban community of Miami (and 20 years of hosting educational events) to teach you everything you need to know about cigars and how to appreciate a good dinner pairing.
