Indulge in a 1-week stay in Tuscany, right in the heart of wine country at Villa Il Bacchino!

This villa is located on 4 acres in the town of Cortona, Tuscany, Italy. Villa Il Bacchino is 2 hours north of Rome, 1.5 hours south of Florence, and a 2-hour drive from the Tyrrhenian and Adriatic coasts. The villa comfortably accommodates eight adults and up to two youth. (Please no children under the age of nine.)

You can sit back and relax in front of the pool with views of the valley below or walk along scenic trails on the property. There is even a chapel on the grounds that is open to guests who are staying on the property.

This house is available for a 1-week (Saturday-to-Saturday) stay during July or August 2025, on mutually agreeable dates.

Please note that the main, first floor bedrooms are furnished with European double beds, which are slightly smaller than an American Queen sized bed. The top floor bedroom has two twin beds.

North End Beach House

Enjoy the relaxed and neighborly North End of Virginia Beach. It claims the widest and most scenic beach in all of Virginia Beach. The house is located on 87th Street in the quiet residential area of the oceanfront, just a block from the beach and only a five minute drive to the Virginia Beach resort area.

This cozy, yet spacious beach cottage is great for families. It has a newly renovated large eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, and den. A large screened-in porch is ideal for reading or relaxing away from the sun and for comfortable outdoor dining and evening enjoyment. The cottage has one of the few remaining large backyards on the North End. Enjoy relaxing in the hammock or playing a game of ping pong.

The beach house has four bedrooms and three full baths. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The second and third bedrooms have two twin beds each. The twin beds can be arranged together or separated easily. The fourth bedroom has one full bed and a twin bunk bed set. All beds have pillows and comforters, but you are required to bring your own bed linens (sheets and pillow cases) and bath towels.
