Jim is a lifelong member of Tidewater Pipes & Drums and a Grade 1 soloist in the Eastern United States Pipe Band Association. He is a freelance bagpiper who performs at funerals, military dinners, church services, weddings and other special occasions throughout southeastern Virginia and northeastern North Carolina.
