While the guest bedroom and guest bathroom are located on the second floor. Along with a screened in porch on the rear and an open porch off of the guest bedroom complete with a twin size bed swing. The front gate leads to the outside shower for those coming in from a long day at the beach. There is an outside bar with swings for seats. And a fire pit with four seats for those cooler nights.
