Horizon's Grief Resource Center touches the lives of more than 6,000 individuals annually, free-of-charge, who have experienced the death of a loved one, a divorce, or grief of any kind.

Now more than ever we are far too familiar with the feelings of loss, isolation, or grief. Together we can be a unified front helping those who need our compassion and support.
