Introduction
Splash International (Splash) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization registered in Washington State with EIN: 56-2600599 and with a registered office at 7511 Greenwood Ave N, Unit 4203, Seattle WA 98103.
Splash has partnered with Antunes and GiveSmart to host a charity golf outing (Golf Outing), the proceeds of which will go to Splash to support our work to bring clean water, hygiene, sanitation and menstrual health support to children in Asia and Africa.
We are committed to personal data protection and processing your information in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a law passed by the EU, that aims to ensure that data is protected and privacy is ensured through a combination of security measures, consent from individuals, and clearer privacy policies.
How We Use Your Information
In order to register for the Golf Outing and make any purchases through GiveSmart, you will be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information (PII) relevant to participation such as contact information and credit card/financial information. By providing this information through GiveSmart, you consent to Splash accessing this data which we will use for the following purposes:
· Processing donations
· Issuing receipts for donations
· Acknowledging and thanking donors for their gifts
· Informing supporters about current and upcoming activities and events
· Complying with current rules and regulations governing IRS 501(c)(3) financial reporting
You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link provided in any email we send or by emailing elizacarey@splash.org.
How We Protect Your Information
PII is saved in Splash’s secure database and is not publicly accessible. PII is only accessible by specific Splash employees based on regulated permissions. To avoid unauthorized access, Splash follows electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We will not disclose your PII to third parties, except to parties who perform services for us such as sending you e-mail, web hosting, credit card processing, and other similar services, or if required to do so by law.
Rights of Individuals
Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding Splash’s processing of your information:
· Right to Information: You are able to ask us what data about yourself is being processed, and its rationale.
· Right to Access: You are able to request access to your personal data.
· Right to Rectification: You are able to ask to modify or update your personal data if the information is inaccurate or incomplete.
· Right to Erasure: You have the right to request that we erase all of your data from our systems, even if you have given us prior consent.
· Right to Restrict Processing: You are able to request that we do not process your data, though we are still able to store it.
· Right to Data Portability: You are able to obtain a copy of your personal information stored in our database
· Right to Object: You may object to us contacting you.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
