Shari Aser, our returning Mirrorball Trophy winner, is excited to be dancing again in Dancing Stars of Greenwich. She loves dancing and is thrilled to support Abilis.
Shari is an active volunteer in both the New York City community and Greenwich, CT.
She is currently on the Greenwich United Way Board of Directors and First Vice President of the Parkway PTA Board. She is also a member of the Bruce Museum Development Committee and a former chair of the Bruce Gala. She recently chaired the Greenwich Tree Conservancy Tree Party. She served as treasurer of The New York Jr League and on the Board of Directors for five years.
Professionally, Shari most recently was the IBM Vice President for Digital Sales Americas. She graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. She also completed her MBA from Cornell University.

With over 27 years of dance and theater experience and expert training in classical and more modern dance styles, Matthew was ranked by the most prominent international dance franchise as one of their top teachers for three consecutive years. He is also the recipient of the coveted Winners Circle Award given only to the top 3 instructors each year.
Matthew has performed with the major ballet companies in NYC and Pittsburgh, appeared Off-Broadway, and received several awards in international acting and modeling competitions. He has competed in all 9 American Style dances, theater arts, and show dance during his career. Matthew received 2nd place in the 2011 NASSPDA Championships in both American Show Dance and American Smooth Championships. In addition to being a ballroom dancer, Matthew is also an active aging coach and featured actor for Graveyard Productions.
