KARDIOJAM is a cardio fitness class where dance and exercise meet to create a high energy atmosphere! You and a friend will exercise in disguise and express yourselves through simple dance choreography and movement. The emphasis is placed on making a cardio exercise class FUN and achievable! The format is unique and is based on Nazy's own experiences in dance and fitness as well as the music she and her dancers enjoy dancing to! If a song speaks to her, she will choreograph it! Consequently, her playlist is a blend of Latin, HipHop, Bollywood, your top 40 songs and so much more.
