The winning bidder will receive a custom gouache painting of one house portrait, ranging in size (depending on the winner's preference and the house dimensions) from 6x10 to 10x14 (unframed). The commission process includes a consultation where you will look at photos and discuss the painting and several updates where clients can see the painting in process and request small changes.
