CONCLAVE SILENT AUCTION, 2024

This year's Conclave Auction is open to all of TKE Nation, whether you are attending in person or not.  Bid on TKE memorabilia, trips, one-of-a-kind items, experiences, and more.  You can make instant purchases of TKE anniversary books, a special 125th collectible, HQ courtyard bricks, and Order of the Shield coins while supplies last.  There are also raffles happening on August 1 and 2 both for attendees and for those not with us in person.  

Register here on the auction site to get your free raffle tickets to start and enjoy browsing, bidding and winning.  Proceeds from the auction benefit the Life Loyal Teke fund which supports leadership programming for collegiates and volunteers along with other TKE educational resources.  Everyone who donates $125 or more to Life Loyal Teke this calendar year receives one of our limited edition 125th anniversary lapel pins. 

• Transportation or shipping of all auction items is the responsibility of the winning bidders. Onsite winners have access to FedEx at the hotel during their regular operating hours. Offsite winners of physical items will need to provide a shipping address and will be charged the cost of shipping in addition to the amount of their winning bid.
• Bidding on certain items will close at different times. Once you've got your eye on something, pay attention to any notes regarding the closing of that item and times for final bids.
• Items with Alcohol:
  ** Winning bidders must be 21 or older to claim their prize.
  ** Liquor items are only available for onsite bidders and are for consumption in private or for taking home. Do not bring bottles out to any Conclave events, receptions, or meals. FedEx policy prohibits individuals from shipping alcohol.
  ** The wine items are available to both onsite and remote bidders and will be direct shipped from the provider to the winner's address subject to the legal restrictions noted in the item description.
