This four bedroom, three bath townhouse is situated in a quiet part of town with beautiful mountain views. The unit is located a short distance from the center of Lake Placid, and just 15 minutes from Whiteface Mountain. The main level features a living room complete with gas fireplace, high speed internet (wired and wireless), color cable HDTV/DVD with premium channels and a queen size sleeper sofa. Also at this level is a dining room, and a fully-equipped modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils, cookware and china. The bedroom at this level has a king bed and full bath. The upper level has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two queen beds. These two bedrooms share a full bath. The lower level has a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. The den has a full size sleeper sofa, games, books, DVD's, videos and a color cable HDTV/DVD/VCR. There is also a full bath and laundry room at this level.

Sorry, no pets allowed. Unit is located in Pinehill Townhouses on Fir Way in Lake Placid, NY. This is the only unit in the complex with air conditioning.

The building has a direct oceanfront outdoor pool, coin operated laundry facility, and elevator.

There is a limit of 7 people and parking for 1 car is included with your rental. Sorry, PETS are not allowed and this is a NO SMOKING property, including all common areas, inside the Unit and on the Unit Balcony.
