Peonies, Shasta daisies, and mums are Perennial plants that grow each year and often bloom on their own. Like perennials, Bethesda Project has regularly occurring needs such as site cleaning, and supplies. By investing in Bethesda Project, you help us cultivate our sites and provide supplies to help guests and residents grow.

Grown anywhere from a farm to newer "urban gardens," fruits and vegetables nurture healthy minds, bodies, and spirits. As Bethesda Project provides daily meals - investing in what nourishes the lives of our guests and residents helps us in our work to eliminate homelessness and end poverty.

Soil provides space for roots to take hold, build a foundation, and receive the nutrients, minerals, and water needed for plants to grow strong. Through our Housing First approach, guest and residents lay their roots at our shelters where nutrients such as individual case management help those we serve to set and achieve goals such as independent housing, employment, and more!
