As the Star Tribune has written, "The main hallmark of the Cantus sound has always been sheer quality and an unbroken belief in the special way that vocal music has of warming and invigorating the human spirit."

Chanhassen Dinner Theatre
$215Dinner and Theatre tickets for two (2) to Chanhassen Dinner Theatre.
Expires 18 months from date of issue - 03-02-2024
Chanhassen Dinner Theatres (CDT) came to be in 1968. It was the vision of founders Herb and Carol Bloomberg to bring a "little bit of Broadway to the Midwest." They loved traveling to New York to enjoy great Broadway productions and felt audiences deserved a quality musical theatre experience here in the Twin Cities. They acquired land in Chanhassen, Minnesota, a tiny rural community with a population of less than 500 people. The 90,000 square foot dinner theatre was built on what was then cornfields and countryside.
Following their dreams, the Bloombergs took a big risk not knowing what would happen. They were strongly committed to establishing CDT as an Actors' Equity theatre company with live orchestra - all fully professional. They were equally committed to providing a traditional sit-down dining experience. Those commitments to quality, carried on to this day, are major contributors to CDT's success. Today we are the largest professional dinner theatre complex in the nation, the largest privately-owned restaurant in Minnesota, and we are proud to have served over 12.5 million guests in our fifty year history.

Modist Brewing Gift Basket
$110Modist Brewing Gift Basket - includes three logo tees, baseball hat, blue and pink sock sets, pins and a $50 gift card.
- Cream Tee (Large)
- Black Melt Tee (Large)
- Black Logo Tee (Large)
At Modist, we push past traditional brewing by embracing creativity and unconstrained experimentation.
This starts with the approach to recipe development taken by our Head Brewer, Keigan. Contrary to starting with a style guideline in mind, then moving forward - he starts with a flavor and experience in mind, then works backward.
And since we've decided to not be bound by style guidelines, he's free to use whatever ingredients in any amount with whatever technique he wants to create a new beer experience.
To enable this philosophy and to enhance our creativity, we created a custom built brewhouse that allows us to make the beers we want to make. It's centered around the region's first mash filter. This piece of equipment allows us to use any grain in any percentage - and do so while using a fraction of the water and energy of a traditional brewery.

Velasquez Family Coffee Basket
$50Three (3) 12 oz. bags of ground coffee from Velasquez Family Coffee in St. Paul, Minnesota!
- Maximo's French Roast (12 oz bag)
- Memo's Breakfast Blend (12 oz bag)
- Italian Roast (12 oz bag)
St. Paul, Minnesota, is home to Guillermo & Cathy Velasquez.
Some 30 years ago, while visiting an aunt in Florida, Guillermo stepped in to help a young woman wrestling to start an old lawnmower. Cathy Eberhart had just arrived from South Dakota for a two-year volunteer assignment through the United Methodist Church. Fortunately, love requires no translator - though communication during their first dates necessitated a handy English-to-Spanish dictionary.
Her assignment complete, Guillermo and Cathy married and settled in the Twin Cities. Both graduated from the University of Minnesota - he with a degree in animal and plant systems, and she with a master's in public affairs from the Humphrey Institute. Upon graduation in 1998 Guillermo started in crop research at the U, and continues that work today.
In 2001, they began importing premium coffee beans directly from family farms in Honduras, roasting them here, and delivering packages to the doors of neighbors and friends. Velasquez Family Coffee was born - bringing coffee from high in the Honduran cloud forest directly to the Land of 10,000 Lakes

P.J. Tracy Book Basket AND
$110P.J. Tracy Book Basket AND Character Naming in an Upcoming NEW Book!
- Deep Into the Dark (Hardcover)
- Desolation Canyon (Hardcover)
- The Devil You Know (Paperback) - A Detective Margaret Nolan Series
- AND a character naming after YOU in her upcoming Monkee Wrench book - PRICELESS!
Who is PJ Tracy?
PJ Tracy is the pseudonym of the mother-daughter writing duo P.J. and Traci Lambrecht, winners of the Anthony, Barry, Gumshoe, and Minnesota Book Awards. Their cyberthriller "Monkeewrench" series (Monkeewrench, Live Bait, Dead Run, Snow Blind, Shoot to Thrill, Off the Grid, The Sixth Idea, and Nothing Stays Buried) were national and international bestsellers. After PJ's passing in 2016, Traci wrote two more books in the Monkeewrench series (The Guilty Dead and Ice Cold Heart), and began the Margaret Nolan Detective series, set in Los Angeles, where she lived for many years. Deep into the Dark and Desolation Canyon were lauded by critics, and the third book, The Devil You Know, will be released in January 2023. She now resides in Minnesota and continues to write about murder and mayhem.
P.J. Lambrecht
P.J. Lambrecht always loved to tell people she was a college dropout and had no qualifications for being a writer except for a penchant for lying. She had her first short story published in The Saturday Evening Post when Traci was eight, still mercifully oblivious to her mother's plans to eventually trick her into creating a family business.
Traci Lambrecht
Traci Lambrecht spent most of her childhood riding and showing horses. She graduated with a Russian Studies major from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, where she also studied voice. Her aspirations of becoming a spy were dashed when the Cold War ended, so she began writing to finance her annoying habits of travel and singing in rock bands. Much to her mother's relief, she finally realized that the written word was her true calling. Together, they had a long, prolific career writing together in many genres until PJ's passing in December 2016. Traci continues to write like a maniac, with PJ's spirit sitting on her shoulder, cracking wise.

Lakewinds Food Co-op
$55$50 gift card.
At Lakewinds Food Co-op, a community-owned organic grocery store, you'll find organic groceries, locally grown produce, sustainably raised meat, local eggs, milk, and more. Our commitment to local, organic food is found throughout our stores. For example, last year 83 percent of milk, butter, and eggs and 75 percent of meat sold was local, and 94 percent of produce sold was organic.
The reasons we're an organic grocery store instead of a conventional store are numerous: Organic certification means a third party has verified that practices used don't harm the land or people, and has followed those practices for 3 years. This reduces water and soil pollution, helps protect pollinators, and protects the food from toxic residues. We partner with local growers and food makers to bring you the best organic groceries, so you can shop with confidence, knowing that what you eat is better for you and better for the environment. There's no membership required to shop at the co-op, all are welcome!

MIssissippi Market
$45$30 Gift Card.
Gathering Community Around Good Food Since 1979
Serving those who value the connection between food, health, and the environment has always been a primary focus for Mississippi Market. The ongoing success of our and other co-ops has helped pave the way for better practices in how food is produced, distributed and marketed. Learn more about our 44 years of cooperation in the article celebrating our 40th anniversary.
Mississippi Market opened on the corner of Saint Clair & Pascal on March 1, 1979, to provide healthy, unprocessed food to the surrounding neighborhood. The St. Paul community responded favorably to Mississippi Market, and by the late 1980s, the co-op had outgrown its space. In 1991 the co-op moved to its following location near the corner of Randolph & Fairview, more than tripling its retail space from 1,100 to 3,595 square feet.

Seward Community Co-op
$55$50 gift card.
Seward Co-op is a community owned, consumer co-op. Everyone is welcome to shop at Seward Co-op. Cooperatives are very different from privately owned discount clubs, which charge annual fees in exchange for a discount on purchases. Discount clubs are owned and governed by the shareholders. Profits of the business go to the investors. In a cooperative, community members purchase stock in exchange for ownership and the profits belong to the community of owners.
Owners may exercise their ownership by shopping at the grocery stores, running as a candidate in the board of directors election and voting for the board of directors. The overarching goal of the cooperative movement is to create a cooperative economy comprised of businesses that exist to serve the needs of the people who use them. Cooperative businesses provide goods and services in a way that keeps community resources in the community.

Revival Restaurants
$100$100 gift card.
In 2015, on the heels of their great success with Corner Table, Boemer and Rancone expanded their hospitality group by creating a more casual dining concept with Revival, a restaurant with a menu focused on the beloved Southern recipes that Boemer fondly recalled from his youth. With winning dishes such as tender and juicy fried chicken that has since achieved cult status in Minneapolis, shrimp and grits, Johnny cakes, fried green tomatoes, and seasonal pies, lines began to form around the block. Revival has received wide critical acclaim from both local and national media, including 3.5 out of 4 stars review from the Minneapolis-St. Paul Star Tribune. Today, Revival is still one of the hottest tables in town, and in August 2016, Boemer and Rancone expanded yet again to offer Revival's fried chicken at a packed concessions outpost at Minneapolis' U.S. Bank Stadium. Capitalizing further on the success of the concept, in December 2016 Boemer and Rancone opened another location of Revival in St. Paul.
We strive to provide genuine hospitality to our guests with food and experiences that provoke nostalgic emotions. Having grown to over 200 employees since forming as Twist Davis Group back in 2013, we value integrity, commitment to excellence, and passion for well-executed cuisine.

Agraculture Kitchen Gift Card
$50$50 Gift Card.
The team behind Agra Culture had a touch of all those passions behind their transformation into truly clean eating, but perhaps the biggest passion? We love to eat. Real food. As we started to gain a better understanding of the 'hows' and 'whys' behind the power that food has in our bodies, the decision to transition into a whole foods diet came naturally. We decided to create a place that is for everyone. We wanted to prove that healthy and tasty can be found on the same plate.
There are many reasons behind making the decision to change your diet. Food allergies, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, chronic health conditions, fostering a sustainable environment and simply the joy of utilizing whole foods to make satisfying meals are just a handful. The food revolution is happening, and Agra Culture intends to be a part of it.
What's not always easy? The convenience of finding a place away from home that cares as much about ingredients as you do. Agra Culture uses only the freshest and responsibly sourced foods to bring you satisfying, crave-worthy meals, so you can feel good about eating out. It's the way you'd cook if you had more time…and a bigger kitchen… and a garden…a professional chef…
Let us be your advocates for good food and better health.

Macanda Wayzata Gift Card
$45$50 Gift Card.
Daniel del Prado and Aaron Switz, partners behind Josefina in Wayzata, have officially added a second project to a growing hospitality portfolio.
Located on idyllic Lake Minnetonka shores, Macanda, which originates from a combination of a mango tree coupled with a nod to Latin America's magical realism, offers dishes such as fried oyster tacos with celery remoulade, grilled king crab with carrot mayo and braised oxtail with black mole.
Culinarily-speaking, mangos are an original species with origins in Asia which have been highly adopted by Latin American cuisine, becoming a staple of their own in the region. While magical realism's literary concept brings to a reader vivid images of reality generously sprinkled with whimsy and majesty, both inspirations for Macanda aim a signal to guests of an eclectic mix of global flavors in a traditional Mexican structure.
In addition to a vast menu of unique and approachable food and cocktails set on beautiful Lake Minnetonka, Macanda is also home to a vinyl lounge and record bar, Macanda's HiFi.

Pau Hana Gift Card
$50$50 Gift Card.
From the team that opened Lake & Irving in Uptown Minneapolis in 2013 comes Pau Hana, a restaurant that aims to transport you to the islands of Hawaii. Chris Ikeda and his culinary team bring their extensive chef experience, including Chris' decade of cooking in Hawaii alongside Alan Wong and other prominent Hawaiian chefs, to a menu and atmosphere that aims to introduce Minnesotans to Hawaiian Regional Cuisine. Known as "HRC" for short, Hawaiian Regional Cuisine reflects the unique and vast culinary scene in Hawaii, one influenced by more than a century of immigration to the Hawaiian Islands by people all over the world. Flavors and culinary techniques found in Hawaii trace their roots to immigrants from Japan, Korea, China, the Phillipines, Portugal, Puerto Rico, and the Pacific Islands. That varied cultural and culinary background, combined with the foods available on the Hawaiian Islands (tropical fruit, fresh seafood, livestock), combine to create HRC, a contemporary cuisine unique to the islands.
Pau Hana features many of these flavors and ingredients on its menu, which include shareable small plates and salads, elevated entrees, as well as wood-fired pizza, the perfect vehicle to showcase this unique cuisine. Our full bar will feature an extensive rum and tequila menu, as well as a cocktail menu that draws its inspiration from beach cultures all around the world. In addition, we will be opening a takeout/quick-serve concept known as "Pau Hana Express" that will allow you to take a slice of the islands home with you.
The name "Pau Hana" speaks more to the atmosphere and attitude of life on the islands than the actual cuisine. Translating roughly to "done with work," Pau Hana is used on the islands to describe after-work drinks with your friends. Whether you're relaxing on a Friday after a long week or escaping the Monday blues, we hope we can help you pretend, for a moment, that you're on a beach without a care in the world. It's Pau Hana time!

Hai Hai
$80$50 Gift Card.
HAI HAI is a Southeast Asian street food restaurant & bar in Northeast Minneapolis. HAI HAI means two two in Vietnamese - a nod to the building's past life as the infamous 22nd Avenue Station (aka Deuce Deuce), a dive bar & strip club.
Inspired by dishes that Chef Christina Nguyen grew up eating at home, at family celebrations, in Vietnamese Sunday school basements & during several trips to Southeast Asia, you can expect to find more than just the standards like pho & pad thai. HAI HAI will shine the spotlight on some lesser known delicious regional dishes, along with new & original dishes using the Southeast Asian palette of flavors.
During their most recent trips to Southeast Asia, Christina & Birk (the duo behind Hola Arepa) searched down winding streets to find alleyway food oases, followed the smell of charred meats & smoke to the grills they came from, had unforgettable meals at street food stalls next to roaring traffic, went on scavenger hunts for specialties at local markets, pulled up short stools at sidewalk cafés & ordered whatever the people next to them were having. They tried it all so they could bring with them the best dishes & most inspiring flavors for you to enjoy back home.

- Framed, Gold Metal, 1993
The introduction of ancient American Indian religious practices into prisons is a new phenomenon, begun in the late 1970's following the congressional passage of the American Indian Freedom of Religion Act. Despite continuing resistance by some prison officials, religious traditions of sweat lodges and pipe ceremonies have spread to many prisons with Indian populations. 'Great Spirit Within the Hole' describes how the practice of ancient rites has inspired inmates to discover a new self-identity and provide a means to survive the isolating prison experience.

"We I got out of the army, I didn't what I was going to do. I wasn't even thinking about my art," he said.
Though he tried working in various professions, including law enforcement, nothing stuck. After moving to the Twin Cities for a short time, Van Wert moved back to Santa Fe in 1972 to pursue a post-graduate degree in art.
During his second stint in Santa Fe, Van Wert was introduced to air hammers and Dremel drills by a friend who was working at a tombstone factory at the time. An air hammer, also known as an air chisel, is a hand tool used to carve in stone. Similarly, Dremel drills can drill, carve and engraving hard surfaces. These tools would later become instrumental in Van Wert's art.

Minnesota Timberwolves
$165Timberwolves Gift Basket.
- Black Wolves Jacket (Mens - Medium)
- Black Wolves Long Sleeve Polo (Mens - Large)
- Authographed 8x10 photo of Karl Anthony Towns (KAT) with Certificate of Authenticity
Minnesota's expansion team was officially dubbed the "Timberwolves" in December of 1986, nearly three years before the first game would be played on November 3, 1989, and four months before the NBA officially granted Minnesota a team. After original owners Harvey Ratner and Marv Wolfenson submitted a formal expansion proposal to the NBA Board of Governors in October of 1986, they held a "Name the Team" contest that drew 6,076 entries from across the state featuring 1,284 different proposed nicknames. The two most common submissions, Timberwolves and Polars, were deemed finalists and the 842 city councils in Minnesota were asked to submit their vote for the winner. "Timberwolves" was selected by a 2-to-1 margin. Timberwolves was a fitting name for Minnesota's new team, as the state is home to the largest wolf population in the U.S. and the International Wolf Center, a comprehensive wolf research facility, is located in Ely, Minnesota.
Similar to the naming contest, the Timberwolves held a public contest to select the team's first logo. After receiving over 2,600 submissions, some coming from as far away as Alaska and Norway, the team settled on a design submitted by Mark Thompson of Austin, Minnesota. Original Team President Bob Stein described the winning submission as "aggressive, but not sinister." The logo was first unveiled to the public on an oversized $20,000 check that the team donated to the United Way on September 17, 1987.
A NEW ERA
On April 11th, 2017, the Timberwolves unveiled their new logo - just the second major overhaul of brand identity in franchise history. Created by Mississippi-based design expert Rodney Richardson of RARE Designs, the new logo features a howling wolf facing forward, the iconic North Star and the new Timberwolves wordmark featuring the Team Rune "A." The logo's color scheme reflects a sense of place, with each color in the palette tied to a part of the Minnesota landscape. Colors include Midnight Blue, Aurora Green, Frost White, Moonlight Grey and Lake Blue.

MN Vikings Football
$100Autographed MN Vikings football by Offensive Tackle Christian Darrisaw.
Since 1961, the Vikings have been part of the fabric of this community and we are proud to share the next chapter of our legacy, the Minnesota Vikings Foundation. This public charity organization advances the well-being of youth through engaging health and education initiatives.
This generation is the first in history tracking to have a shorter life expectancy than its parent generation due to physical inactivity and poor nutrition. Additionally, Minnesota has one of the largest educational achievement gaps in the country as evidenced through test scores and graduation rates. These are areas that the Minnesota Vikings Foundation can help create a measurable impact in our community. However, this is daunting challenge that can't be tackled alone.
To accomplish these goals we must enlist the help of our players, our staff, our fans, and our community. As the Minnesota Vikings Foundation continues to grow we look forward to sharing more about ways to share in the mission.

Doomtree Records Collection
$375A must for any Minneapolis music fan!
The entire collection of every in-print CD, LP and book from the Doomtree Records
discography, including Dessa, P.O.S., Sims, Shredders, Doomtree and many more!
- Over 25 vinyl records
- Over 40 CDs
- Dessa's book collection, including My Own Devices and Spiral Bound
About Doomtree
Doomtree started as a mess of friends in Minneapolis, fooling around after school, trying to make music without reading the manual. The group had varied tastes-rap, punk, indie rock, pop-so the music they made together often bore the toolmarks of several styles. When they had enough songs, they booked some shows. They made friends with the dudes at Kinkos to print up flyers. They burned some CDs to sell. The shows got bigger. Of necessity, Doomtree's seven members (Cecil Otter, Dessa, Lazerbeak, Mike Mictlan, P.O.S, Paper Tiger, and Sims) figured out how to run a small business. Lazerbeak's garage became the merchandise warehouse; P.O.S' mom's basement became the webstore. A decade and fifty releases later, it's all properly official-Doomtree is now a real, live label with international distribution-but not that much has changed. Doomtree still partners with people who aren't jerks. If members can't find something they need, they make it themselves. Although each member has a career as a solo artist, every so often the whole crew convenes to make a collaborative record as a group.

Raku Pottery Bowl
$50Raku Pottery Bowl.
- 9" Rounded with Lizard Design
- 4" Tall
- 5" Rounded Opening
Raku generally refers to a type of low-firing process that was inspired by traditional Japanese raku firing. Western-style raku usually involves removing pottery from the kiln while at bright red heat and placing it into containers with combustible materials. Once the materials ignite, the containers are closed. This produces an intense reduction atmosphere which affects the colors in glazes and clay bodies. The drastic thermal shock also produces cracking-known as crackling since it is deliberate. The original Japanese style of raku is an outgrowth from Buddhist influences in life and especially in the tea ceremony.

Signed Tom Johnson Books
$30Autographed Tom Johnson books.
- Summer Stock
- Hollywood Heyday
Entertainment writers and coauthors of Hollywood Heyday, Fantle (film, Marquette Univ.) and Johnson delve into the 1950 MGM musical Summer Stock. It's best known as the third and final onscreen collaboration between Judy Garland and Gene Kelly, and it's the film from which Garland's famous "Get Happy" musical number originated. The book takes a deep dive into the industry issues MGM was battling at the time, including script revisions, the rise of TV, and censorship from the Production Code Administration. It also examines Garland's mental health and personal issues, which affected her ability to appear on set, and the bonds forged between cast and crew members doing their best to finish the film despite mounting production and scheduling issues. Garland's fluctuating weight during filming is also briefly mentioned. The book shines best as a reflection on Garland's and Kelly's legacies and the contemporary studio structure in which they worked. However, as a critical evaluation of the film's merits and its position in the musical canon today, the isolated listing structure of the book does not allow for much thematic coherence.
