Filthy Mari Atelier, an AAPI woman-owned small business, came to life during the pandemic in the founder's NYC kitchen. Marisa's usual work as an event contractor disappeared during lockdown and one day, after almost a year of trying to find her way, she decided to get curious and have fun. She invested in some supplies and let her creative and artistic side run wild, and as a girl whose time spent with Play-Doh, it's really paying off. She's so grateful to have found something to help her work through through anxieties. Now she has the space to make the things she loves that hopefully you will, too. Always made with love, care and attention to detail and thankfully now in a proper work area, she has since moved into the corner of her bedroom, where she made a corner office.
