2 guitar effect pedals built by Alex Brown of NOKILL Pedal Co. The pedals feature artwork of OTAT pups Appenzell and a tribute of the most iconic foster of all, Truman. The artwork was done by a friend from Colombia who helps rescue dogs down there. NOKILL is a very small, boutique pedal company that mainly focuses on doing commissions pedals and vowed to donate 10% of all sales to OTAT PDX. The Appenzell - Inspired by the GCI Bass Brutalist, The Appenzell has evolved from the original Brutalist Jr., undergoing further modifications to better serve bass players. This pedal offers an expansive range of solid bass distortion tones. When dialed to its maximum, it unveils a uniquely modulated distortion, setting this particular model apart with its distinct sonic character. The Truman - Drawing inspiration from the iconic Big Muff circuit, The Truman offers a refined version designed to complement the bass. It maintains the hallmark Big Muff tone while introducing adjustments for a more bass-friendly performance. Its forest green exterior is a nod to Truman's affinity for the great outdoors, mirroring the spirit of adventure with every note.
