What should I expect at the event?

  • a la Carte Sampling: Enjoy bites from over 20 of the best eateries in the region. You won't leave hungry!
  • Open Bar: Thanks to our Hospitality Partners, enjoy an array of options at the open bar.
  • Diamond Pull: Thanks to Diamond Center, Fayetteville, you can play for a chance to win a brand-new pair of diamond earrings. If you don't get lucky with diamonds, every Diamond Pull participant will go home with a pair of beautiful cubic zirconia earrings. $75 per pull. This is a limited opportunity.
  • Wine Pull: Thanks to many generous donors, you can pick a wrapped bottle of wine and go home with a new bottle to enjoy! $30 per pull. Bottles are limited.
  • There is no physical ticket. When you purchase your ticket, your name will be added to our attendee list that will be used at check-in. 

 

How does the auction work?

  • How to bid: Bid on silent auction items HERE. The auction will go live on Thursday, April 25th and will be online only.
  • Who can participate? Everyone is welcome to participate, with or without an event ticket. To register for the auction, visit HERE
  • Don't want to worry about bidding during the event? Set up "Auto Bid" by clicking the tab located above the bid box. Enter your maximum bid amount and click "Confirm." The system will automatically bid for you up to your maximum amount.
  • The silent auction closes at 8:30 pm.

 

What should I wear?

  • Attire is dressy casual

 

Where do I park?

  • Those who purchased a parking pass or a VIP Ticket will receive a parking pass via mail. Please show your pass to the parking attendant at the parking garage entrance. If you have not purchased a parking pass and would like to, you can do so HERE. *If purchased after 4/26, you will not receive a physical parking pass but your name will be on the parking list.
  • Free parking is limited on the first floor of the Ledger garage and along the street.

  • The Arkansas Children's Northwest Auxiliary is a volunteer organization that supports patients and families through fundraising and service projects.
