On-property, there is a pond with a beach for fishing and swimming, ax throwing, and even archery. There are also 4 one-room rustic cottages on the property for additional guests. The successful bidder will also have access to a fleet of boats to enjoy a day paddle, or even an overnight paddle, on the nearby Flint River.
