Own a bottle of this iconic Blanton's SIngle Barrel whiskey.
In the winter of 1881, Albert Bacon Blanton was born into one of the first families of bourbon history. At the age of sixteen, he started work in the Distillery as an office boy and fast became a leading pioneer in the development of bourbon. From the time he was made company president in 1921 until his retirement in 1952, his Distillery expanded from 44 to 144 buildings to become the largest Distillery of its day. During that period Colonel Blanton created his very special and limited supply of bourbon - his private reserve - handpicked and stored in what now is known as the famous Warehouse H. Although Colonel Blanton died in the spring of 1959, his legacy lives. Introduced in 1984, Blanton's namesake bourbon was the first ever Single Barrel Bourbon sold commercially. The Single Barrel Bourbon is the first of its kind.
The taste profile is sweet, with notes of citrus and oak. The creamy vanilla nose is teased with caramel and butterscotch, all underscored by familiar baking spices such as clove, nutmeg, or cinnamon. Blanton's Original set the standard for single barrel bourbons in 1984. Best served neat or on the rocks.
Bottled at 46.5% alcohol by volume.

WhistlePig Double Malt Rye is our oldest Rye, patiently mellowed for 18 years. Before industrial distillation, America's original farmers would malt a small portion of their grain to start fermentation, the essential step that turns water and rye into glorious whiskey. As a nod to the farmers, Double Malt Rye is crafted from a mash bill of Rye, Malted Rye and Malted Barley. History aside, these grains unite in a show-stopping Rye Whiskey that stretches far and wide across the flavor spectrum. Its base of 79% Rye delivers bold, peppery spice, while 15% Malted Rye adds soft, floral and earthy character. A final 6% of malted barley brings rich, sweet, toasted notes. At once bold, complex, delicate and elegant, WhistlePig 18 is the whiskey that your most memorable toasts require, and a gem on any bar. Each annual edition of our Double Malt Rye is crowned with a bespoke glass topper, handmade in Vermont. Certified Kosher.
Eagle Rare Bourbon Whiskey is masterfully crafted and carefully aged for no less than ten years. Every barrel is discriminately selected to offer consistent flavor but with a seemingly individual personality. Eagle Rare is a bourbon that lives up to its name with its lofty, distinctive taste experience.
The nose is complex, with aromas of toffee, hints of orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak. The taste is bold, dry and delicate with notes of candied almonds and very rich cocoa. The finish is dry and lingering.
Treat yourself and three (3) friends with a Wine Dinner for four (4) at South Bend's finest, Lasalle Grill in downtown South Bend!
Restrictions: Reservations are required. Expires 1/31/25. Does not include tax or gratuity.

This 1.75L bottle of Buffalo Trace would fit nicely in your liquor cabinet at home!
The distillery's flagship bourbon has been made using the same process for over 200 years. Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from a mash of yellow #2 dent corn, plump rye grains and malted barley, which is cooked and cooled before being fermented for approximately 3-5 days. Once fermentation is complete, the bourbon is double-distilled through column stills before being aged in first-fill, American oak barrels (90% of the distillery's oak is brought in from the Ozark Mountains) that have been aged for six months in the distillery's yard before being heavily charred.
After spending at least eight years in these barrels, which are stored on the middle floors of the distillery's warehouses to encourage the greatest temperature fluctuations, no more than 40 barrels at a time are hand-selected to create one single, small batch of Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey won the Double Gold Medal in the 2014 New York World Wine & Spirits Competition and a Gold Medal in the 2014 International Wine & Spirits Competition.
