That the said automobile shall be picked up on Wednesday February 13, 2019 and returned to MBKC February 15, 2019 between 7:30am and NO LATER than 10am. or prior thereto on MBKC's demand, in as good mechanical and physical condition as when received, or pay to said dealer immediately for all repairs necessary to restore said automobile to said condition.

That said vehicle is of Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City's Choice based on vehicle availability and that driver must be over 21, provide proof of and copies of a valid US Drivers License, Proof of Insurance and Sign Assumption of Liability Borrowed Car agreement.

That said automobile is to, and shall, be driven and used exclusively by and for the accommodation of the person signing the Assumption of Liability and shall not be used for the transportation of persons or property for hire or otherwise and that only the person signing the Assumption of Liability may drive said vehicle.

That said automobile shall not be driven beyond a radius of 50 miles from MBKC's place of business;

That said automobile will be preserved and fully protected from-all loss, injury or damage. Any loss, damage, injury and all expense of maintenance shall be borne by the person signing the Assumption of Liability and said person hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MBKC for any claim or claims or personal injury or property;
