There is nothing like a pig roast in your own home to impress your friends with the luau of a lifetime, especially when the roasting is being done by Underbelly Hospitality's Lyle Bento, who grew up in Hawaii, and knows a thing or two about pig roasts! This tour will include three food stops, beverages on the bus and a tour of a market. Expect the unexpected on this one-of-a-kind journey, and bring your appetite!
Private Dinner at the Photo Studio where Chris Shepherd's Book was Shot
See where the magic happens! Join Chef Chris Shepherd and photographer Julie Soefer for a special dinner inspired by Chris' upcoming cookbook, which will be released in Fall 2019 by Clarkson Potter. Enjoy a four-course dinner featuring dishes from the cookbook prepared by Chris and his team in Julie Soefer's photography studio, where the cookbook was shot. All guests will receive a signed cookbook when it's released in the fall.
Available dates: A Saturday night in February, March or April 2019 that's mutually agreeable with all parties. Must be scheduled at least one month in advance.
