Win $5,000 cash or a Half Tuition Credit!

Only 300 tickets will be sold at $100 per ticket.
Winner may choose to collect the $5,000 cash prize, or receive one-half tuition credit equal to $8,200 for the 2019-2020 school year (less withheld income taxes).
All proceeds from the raffle benefit the Fenwick Fund, which provides nearly all of the financial
assistance Fenwick is able to give to deserving students.

Raffle drawing to be held on Thursday, September 19, 2019, at the Pass the Torch Golf Outing at
Oak Park Country Club. Winner need not attend the Outing to win. You can find all the raffle rules &
restrictions on physical tickets, as well as online.

OFFICIAL RULES & RESTRICTIONS
1) Raffle participants must be 21 years old or older. 2) Federal and state laws provide that the winner
must pay all taxes on the value of the prize including income taxes. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with the acquisition and award of the prize. 3) No portion of the purchase price of this raffle ticket is tax-deductible. 4) A minimum of 150 tickets must be sold to win the prize; if less than 150 tickets are sold, the prize will equal half the revenue collected from sold tickets. 5) Only official entry forms will be accepted. 6) You may enter as often as you wish. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received. 7) The winner will be selected in a random drawing on September 19, 2019. Winner need not be present and will be officially informed by letter. 8) Fenwick High School is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.

Tickets may be purchased online or in person at the Pass the Torch Golf Outing on September 19,
2019. Online payment will be accepted by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover; in-person
purchases may be made in cash.
