The Antinori family's winemaking history is a narrative that spans more than 600 years and two continents. Piero Antinori named this wine A3 in appreciation of his three daughters: Albiera, Allegra and Alessia, the 26th generation of winemakers in this family.

2005 Antica Antinori Family Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

The fruit for this delicious 100% Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from a single block at the highest elevations of our Napa Valley estate atop Atlas Peak to show the purest varietal expression of mountain-grown Cabernet.

A stylish Cabernet Sauvignon from the Antinori outpost in Napa Valley, this wine has a dark plum ruby/purple color with notes of licorice, blackcurrants, forest floor and earth. It is medium to full-bodied with soft tannins and seems close to full maturity. Certainly its freshness and overall level of intensity suggest it should continue to drink nicely for another 8-12 years. (RP) (6/2015)

2014 Antica Antinori Family Estate Chardonnay

The elegance of the Antica Napa Valley 2014 Chardonnay is obvious in its crisp, orange blossom, fresh pear, mineral-laced, medium bodied style. This wine has superb aromatic presence with impressive purity of fruit. This is a lovely, delicately oaked, flavorful Chardonnay.

"The 2014 is a relatively complex style of Chardonnay from Antinori, with subtle notes of hazelnut and butterscotch that recall some of the older styles of California Chardonnay from the 1970s. The wine offers good acidity, fresh citrus in the mouth, a subtle dosage of oak and a good finish. Drink it over the next 3-4 years." - Robert M. Parker, Jr. (30th Dec 2015)
