The property was fully renovated in 2014 to an extremely high standard. Extraordinary efforts were made to maintain the original charm of the building and stonework whilst ensuring the interiors were equipped with modern design and luxury fittings.

The villa is conveniently located 1 hour by car from Perugia airport, 2 hours 45 from Roma and approximately 2 hours from Florence and Bologna.

Flights and travel are not included in the package. Booking is subject to availability. Stays run from Saturday to Saturday.

Rates include a mid-week basic cleaning service. Linen and towels are changed weekly. Extra cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost.

The services of a chef are also available on request at an extra cost. Please ask for more details. Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. on day of arrival and check-out is prior to 10 a.m. on day of departure.
