"Everyone is a secret surrealist in their dreams," claims UW-Madison professor, internationally-known neo-surrealist painter, and MOWA board member Fred Stonehouse. In this self-portrait Stonehouse turns the mirror on himself and finds a two-faced bat-man peering back. The significance of the symbolism is ambiguous and best interpreted by allowing one's own inner surrealist to turn the mirror on our desires.
