431 - From Donor 431, the accomplished powerhouse that we own with Goettemoeller Show Cattle, IN, these embryos will produce siblings to some of the best calves in our Derby Day Sales and some of the hottest calves in the country over the past five years! 431 is the dam of Alex Alliger's 2014 NAILE Reserve Grand Champion Steer and he is not the first high seller or winner to come from this great cow. 431 produced the Division 1 Champion Steer of the 2014 Ohio State Fair and an awesome Solid Gold son that was a high-premium leader in the Goettemoeller fall crop that same summer. Previous calves from 431 include a $15,500 daughter by Monopoly, her $7,500 full sister, and eight calves by Heat Wave that averaged over $6,500 with one of these calves being selected as a multiple Top 5 winner. Another daughter by Home Brew brought $8,000 and was never beaten in class, and previous editions of Derby Day have included several top 431 babies like Campbellco Ride On Curlin, himself a NAILE winner and top selling bull a year ago, plus the Cummings family's steer that was eventually selected as Reserve Champion Steer of the Fayette Co (OH) Fair, and more that have brought up to $9,000.
