This amazing mountain home and guest house are just 1.5 miles from downtown Breckenridge. Breckenridge offers world class skiing, great restaurants, hiking, biking and the best Colorado has to offer. This home is perfect for families, a girls/guys getaway, and multi-generational gatherings. Wooded views from the expansive deck with hiking, biking, snowshoeing trails just out the front door. The main house is 5 bedrooms. The main floor master with a king size bed. Two bedrooms upstairs each with a queen size bed. Two bedrooms in the basement; one with a queen size bed, one with a bunk bed that has a queen on the bottom and twin on top. There is also a twin size rollaway cot as well as a couch in the basement tv area that can be converted for sleeping. There is a guest house on the property with a queen size bed, full bath and kitchenette.
