1 Group training package at Esteem Fitness and Personal Training in Maywood. Personally instructed and coached by certified National Association of Sports Medicine Training - Brittany Bryant.Twice a week training for 3 people for 6 weeks. Must meet at the same date and time. Group classes are scheduled based on instructors during the season. This season classes are twice a week Tuesday morning boot camp 5:30am and Saturday 10:30am. Classes are 45mins each. All skill levels accepted must be 17yrs and old to participate. Nutrition plan included.
