*Duo of Gabrielle 2012 "Cask 321" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon - 2 bottles

*Duo of Barber Family Wines 2012 "Proclivity" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (This wine is a custom crush bottling in conjunction with John Caldwell and Caldwell Vineyards in Napa Valley. The grapes were sourced from John's vineyards and were specially blended to our standards. The wine is Cabernet based with 93% Cabernet Sauvignon blended with 5% Merlot and 2% Carmenere to add softness, balance, structure and complexity. The juice for the Cabernet was initially barreled for 18 months in half new French oak while the Merlot and Carmenere were kept in one quarter new French oak. The blend was created in December of 2013 and returned to one half new French oak for an additional 12 months. The wine was bottled in late 2014 and cellared an additional 6 months in Caldwell Vineyard caves. Total production was 50 cases. Though young, the wine is drinking extremely well and with decanting is even better) - 2 bottles total
