Disco was opulence. Disco was self-expression. Disco forever remains an icon.

But more than this, disco was an escape from oppression, a haven created by a community on the brink of revolution. Disco defined an era but disco itself was defined by the LGBTQ community as an assertion of the right to live freely. To this day, the community still faces discrimination, taking a severe toll on the mental health of LGBTQ individuals.

Which is why this year, in support of the lives of the LGBTQ community, we Disco for Life.

Natalie Egan

Natalie Jane Egan is an openly transgender technology entrepreneur. Her newest company is Translator, and they're on a mission to build solutions to help businesses promote open and authentic cultures where all employees can thrive.

 

Special Guest

Amy Hargreaves

Amy Hargreaves currently stars in the enormously popular 13 Reasons Why, which was the most watched series in Netflix history. She is perhaps most recognized for her recurring role as Carrie Mathison's (Claire Danes) sister Maggie on Showtime's hit series Homeland. On stage, Amy has been involved with the award-winning Barrow Group Theater Company for over 20 years where she has been seen in productions of "Expecting Isabel" and "Trust".
