The cost of cancer treatment quickly becomes a financial burden for many. Even for patients with great insurance the costs can be overwhelming. There are also many out-of-pocket costs such as transportation that may add to the burden.

At CRMC, we are committed to not only providing excellent cancer treatment but helping as many cancer patients as possible through those financial struggles with our Courage Cabinet. The Courage Cabinet provides support to help meet basic needs, decrease stress and allow patients in treatment to focus on healing.

Over the past five years, more than $50,000 in Cabinet funds have been awarded to local patients and their families to help meet life's basic necessities during treatment.

On Tuesday, October 24, CRMC will host Kaleidoscope - A Celebration of Courage to help raise funds to replenish the cabinet so more cancer patients can be assisted. This year's event includes auctions, raffles, delicious appetizers and much more.

We invite you to join us in filling the cabinet and in celebrating all of our courageous cancer survivors.
