Host 20 to 40 of your closest friends for an in-home cocktail party - with appetizers provided by James Beard House Featured Chef Sheamus Feeley and cocktails created by the expert bartenders of Pony Up Denver. Feeley honed his skills in Michelin starred kitchens in France, was a Founding Chef at Farmstead Restaurant in Napa Valley and held executive level positions at Hillstone Restaurant Group. He believes in sourcing pristine ingredients and treating them simply, while pulling out the most flavor. Currently a partner in Denver based SF Hospitality Group, Feeley created Pony Up with Angela Neri - the woman behind the restaurant's delicious craft cocktails and approachable, easy-chic environment. Capture this unique chance to bring the talents of Feeley and Neri into your own home for an unforgettable evening.

Prep time: The maximum duration of the cocktail party is three (3) hours. This item is available for one year from the date of purchase (September 19, 2019 to September 19, 2020). Please schedule at least four (4) weeks in advance.

Exclusion: This item is not available the month of December 2019. Further, food and hard alcohol provided by Feeley and Neri; wine to be provided by the host of the party.
