Merry Legs and Happy Feet are no strangers to field trips or to the NIGHT OF THE STARS stage. They are true stars who are always ready for a closeup and love receiving attention. Merry Legs' sensitive, sweet personality makes her a go to for unmounted lessons and new participant assessments. Happy Feet's energetic personality leaves everybody laughing and makes her the first choice for activities such as obstacle courses or a walk through the woods.

Merry Legs and Happy Feet will be led by Hanna and Kirsten. Hanna is an excellent example of how horses can help our youth today. Through her experiences at CKRH, Hanna has strengthened her communication skills and developed long lasting friendships. Her eagerness to assume responsibility as a team leader in CKRH volunteer orientations shows the level of personal growth she has accomplished.

Kirsten has been riding at CKRH for two years. You can often find her in the barn on Saturday afternoon helping with chores, hanging in the pasture with her favorite horse Aksel or offering to lend a hand wherever needed. Kirsten has shown measurable, positive growth and blossomed through her involvement in the horsemanship programming at CKRH.
