Award-winning executive chef Johnny Church from Aureole at Mandalay Bay (A Charlie Palmer restaurant) will prepare a 5-course meal for up to 8 guests in your home. The dinner will include a wine pairing.

Bio: Johnny Church is widely regarded as one of the most respected and passionate chefs in Las Vegas today. From a working class childhood in Flint, Mich., Church has already made remarkable strides in the restaurant industry, including executive chef positions at Bradley Ogden Root 246 in Solvang, CA; Michael Mina XIV in Los Angeles, CA, and in Las Vegas at P.J. Clarke, Rick Moonen RM Seafood, and currently Aureole in Mandalay Bay hotel & casino. Along the way, he has also co-created the concepts MTO Cafe, RX Boiler Room and Artisanal Foods Cafe.

Among his many accolades are being named a Rising Chef by Wine Spectator, a Top Chef de Cuisine by Las Vegas Life magazine, "Best New Restaurant" (Desert Companion) for RX Boiler Room and Best Pop Up by Vegas Seven for his Sunday Supper series at MTO Cafe. Artisanal Foods Cafe garnered a remarkable amount of attention including Best Chef, Off-Strip in Vegas Seven 2015 Restaurant Awards, The year best new restaurant in Las Vegas Weekly, Surprise of the year in Desert Companion, Best new lunch off Strip in Thrillist, and Lunch of the year award from EatingLasVegas.com. And his acclaim has continued with the transformation of Aureole's concept and seasonal menu.
