Celebrate The King's Birthday wih this original piece of Cars art by produciton desinger Bob Pauley. Bob Pauley first joined Pixar Animation Studios in 1993 at the beginning of production on "Toy Story," the studio's first feature film, as a character designer and sketch artist. During the production of "Toy Story," he contributed some of the most formative and iconic character design work on Buzz Lightyear. Following "Toy Story," Pauley served as art director on "A Bug's Life" and a production designer on "Monster's, Inc." Always interested in automotive design, Pauley also played a critical creative role in the production of Disney?Pixar's Golden Globe -winning film "Cars." As production designer, he was instrumental in the design of many of the film's characters and environments, drawing inspiration from a life-long love of cars and research trips to various auto shows and Route 66. After completing work on "Cars," Pauley continued his work as a production designer for the Academy Award -winning "Toy Story 3." Most recently, Pauley reprised his role as production designer working within the "Toy Story" world on Pixar's first-ever television special, "Toy Story OF TERROR!" which premiered on ABC in the fall of 2014. In addition to his work on Pixar's feature films and TV specials, Pauley has worked closely with Walt Disney Imagineering on the creation of "Cars Land," as ride vehicle designer and design consultant. "Cars Land" opened in Disney's California Adventure on June 15, 2012. Pauley was born in Royal Oak, Michigan, and grew up in San Jose, California where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design degree from San Jose State University. Autographed Poster of the famed Alabama Gang including Bobby Allison Donny Allison Red Farmer The Alabama Gang was the nickname for a group of NASCAR drivers (and subsequently their offspring) who set up shop and operated out of Hueytown, Alabama (near Birmingham, Alabama). In the late 1950s, young auto racer Bobby Allison left Miami, Florida, looking for an area that had more opportunities to race. He discovered central Alabama in his travels. The region was dotted with small dirt tracks, and Allison won big his first few times out. He returned to Florida to pick up his brother Donnie Allison, and friend Red Farmer. The trio set up shop in Hueytown, Alabama, and were dominant throughout the 1960s and early 1970s. In 1973, Jimmy Means joined the gang. Beginning in 1979, their sons and contemporaries began racing, and became known as members of the Alabama Gang themselves. Bobby's son Davey Allison, and fellow Hueytown residents Neil Bonnett, and David Bonnett. Hut Stricklin, who married Donnie's daughter, became the last member of the Alabama Gang. Other drivers (notably Dale Earnhardt) were great friends with members of this group, and while not Alabama residents, these other drivers became associated with the Alabama Gang. All of the original members of the Alabama Gang have been inducted into the International Motorsports Hall of Fame. This item is not framed

Golf team (foursome) in the 9th Annual Richard Petty Charity Golf Classic on October 3-4, 2017 in Greensboro, NC. Participants will enjoy dinner at the Petty Museum on the historic Red Floor the evening before the tournament. Proceeds benefit the Petty Family Foundation.
