Katrina from The Empowered Kitchen will provide you with a 30 minute phone or video conference consultation to discuss what you would like to focus on in the class beforehand, followed by a private cooking class to teach you how to create a game plan of meals for the week and how to put it into practice. If you are new to cooking, we can focus more on some basic cooking skills and techniques. If you are more advanced, we can gear the class towards the planning side and introducing new dishes into your repertoire. Katrina will also provide you with a shopping list after you discuss what your dietary preferences are and you will do the food shopping.
