Timmy is a cat who was shot with a pellet gun when he was a baby and was rescued by Stray Cat Alliance who still cares for him. Because of this terrible tragedy he is permanently disabled in one leg and needs someone to help him go potty. He drags one foot and needs to wear a special sock to prevent sores and infection.
