Get away to the cabin for a Friday-Sunday in May, June or July 2017 at Ham Lake, Danbury, WI. It's a 350 acre clear lake great for swimming, fishing, recreation. Stay in a fully furnished chalet-style cabin with central air, Jacuzzi, full kitchen, direct TV that sleeps 12+. Use our late-model pontoon or bring your own boat; 3.25 hours from Rochester, 30 min. east of Hinckley; casinos nearby.

This is a rotating mild steel sculpture with three pyramidal facets depicting abstract features of summer (growing branches), fall (leaves), and winter (snowflakes). Intentionally absent is a fourth facet depicting spring (since Minnesota lacks a spring). The piece is welded from three scraps obtained from Len's Iron in Dodge Center and mounted on a Timken bearing which allows it to rotate freely. Inside the sculpture are oil-on-canvas colors seen through the abstract plasma cuts of the three facets. The patina is wheel-buffed and waxed (intended for indoor display only). The sculpture measures 10 x 10 x 12 inches. The sculpture is original and unique; no copies or maquettes exist.

Members of Choral Arts will come to your home and perform spring clean-up for your yard! Winning bid receives four hours of a choral team of 'at least' five workers doing pruning, weeding, mulching, de-thatching, planting, and other springtime yard duties. That's 20 hours of labor! Winner will arrange a date through Amanda Lindberg-Aganga. CAE members will provide equipment for doing the work, but any plants, mulch, etc. must be provided by winner.

World's Best Bootcamp

Get transformed into a fitter, healthier, and more confident version of yourself! This six week boot camp is guaranteed results! Members of the bootcamp meet 2-3 times a week for one hour. They are all shapes and sizes, as well as all ages and fitness levels. This program elicits lasting results, involving losing an average of 7-8 lbs. of fat. A strong community with your troop is formed, as each session involves a partner work-out with world class trainers as your coaches and mentors. The sessions involve work outs to improve the cardiovascular system, lose weight, and build muscle. Starts Sunday, February 26 at 2:00 PM - then you can choose to attend: Mon/Wed 6:30-7:30, Tues/Thurs. 7:30-8:30, or Saturdays from 9-10. Gym is located on North Broadway (across from Kwik Trip).

My Soul's Repose - The Singers

An abstract expressionist steel, table-top sculpture inspired from a sketch by San Francisco artist Heather Brubaker and made by local Rochester sculptor Richard Brubaker. Several versions of this piece exist of various sizes in locations such as Uppsala Sweden, Des Moines Iowa, Lourdes High School, and several local private homes. The piece suggests a hooded woman cradling a bundled infant standing with a reverent demeanor. It measures 8 x 4 x 4 inches and is comprised of mild steel, silver-alloy welded to a base of mild steel. The patina was formed by blasting with fine glass beads and the resulting surface waxed. Signed and dated by the artist.
