Tasting Notes: The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon (85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc, 2% Malbec and 1% Petit Verdot) offers up classic scents of creme de cassis, licorice and graphite, a full-bodied mouthfeel, a complex, multilayered texture, lots of cassis, incense, and spice box, sweet tannins, decent acidity and impressive depth.
