Laura & Eric Bruton
Eric and Laura Bruton have been married for nine years and met in Athens, Georgia while serving for S.W.A.T. Ministries. They have three children - Hayes (6), Elyse (who lives with Jesus) and Wells (2). Eric grew up in White, attended White Elementary, Cass Middle, and Cass High. He is the Director of Technical Services at Heatco, Inc in Cartersville and has worked there for 15 years as a gas combustion engineer. He is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University and is the President of the American Society of Gas Engineers. Laura has worked for Harbin Clinic Family Practice in Cartersville as a nurse practitioner for 7 years and is a graduate of The University of Georgia and The University of North Georgia. Eric and Laura attend LifePoint Church where they serve the Lord in the men's ministry, women's ministry, and children's ministry (KidsPoint, Jr.). Their focuses are raising their children and spending time together with family and friends, traveling, and cheering on the local schools, the Atlanta Braves, and the Georgia Bulldogs. They are so excited to be a part of Cartersville Dances with the Stars and cannot wait to raise money for two amazing, local organizations.
