SILENT AUCTION STARTS AT 6:30PM. The silent auction will be carried out through online bidding right from your smart phone. Please log on to sharegala2023.givesmart.com to see all auction items and place bets. If you do not have a smart phone, or are uncomfortable bidding online, please let one of the staff know and they will assist you.

SILENT BIDDING ENDS AT 9:00PM. If you are the winner of your item, you will receive a text message to your phone, inviting you to check out with your credit card from your table. If you are paying with check or cash, please go to the front table and purchase your item with one of our staff members. Checks are to made out to The SHARE Foundation, and all major credit cards are accepted.

FOR THE LIVE AUTION, please visit the Live Auction table to see a full description of the items. LIVE AUCTION BIDDING WILL BEGIN AROUND 8:30PM. TO BID IN THE LIVE AUCTION, RAISE YOUR HAND FACING THE AUCTIONEER. S/He will then acknowledge your bid. In the event of a dispute amongst bidders, the auctioneer will have the sole and final discretion to either determine the successful bidder or resubmit the disputed item.

The SHARE Foundation assumes no responsibility for the validity of description, authenticity, or condition of any item offered. The SHARE Foundation makes no warranty of guarantee. Service (trips, tickets, reservations gift cards, etc.) are subject to availability, conditions, otherwise stated, and expiration dates.

By his/her purchase, buyer waves any claim for liability against The SHARE Foundation or the donor of property or services. Neither The SHARE Foundation nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damage, which may result from the use of property or services sold.

All auction items must be removed form the Croatian Banquet Hall by 11:59 PM, November 3, 2023 (the night of the Gala) Unfortunately we cannot assume any responsibility or any items left after that time.
