What is the mission of the SAHA?

The mission of the St. Anthony Hospital Auxiliary is to support and assist the Hospital in promoting the health and welfare of the greater Gig Harbor, Key Peninsula, and South Kitsap County communities.

What time does the event start?

Doors open at 5:30pm.
Dinner will be hosted by Blue Smoke BBQ from 6:00pm - 7:00pm.

What time does the silent auction start and close?

Silent auction will open at 5:30pm, and will close at 7:00pm

What time does the cornhole tournament start and close?

We will host a cornhole tournament from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.

What time does the live auction start?

We will have a live auction that starts at 8pm

How much are tickets and how can I purchase them?

Tickets are $100 and you can purchase them here. 


How do I register my credit card for the silent and live auction?

You will be asked if you'd like to save you credit card on file, and if you consent, then that will be the credit card on file for the silent and live auction on the day of the event. If you don't save your credit card at this point, then you will be able to swipe your credit card when you check in to the event.

How do I purchase a sponsorship?

Sponsorships are still available. Please contact the events team at events@vmfh.org

How do I donate an item for the silent or live auction?

We would love to include your item in our silent or live auction! Please contact the events team at events@vmfh.org 

What is the attire for the event?

Country Western Chic. Boots and hats encouraged. Prize for best dressed!


If I am a live or silent auction winner, how do I get my items?

All items will be available for pick up at the end of the event.

Payment FAQ

When will I receive my tax receipt?
All tax receipts will be sent out in the mail within two weeks after the event.

Can I make alternate payment arrangements?

Please email our Support Team with all your details and we will get back to you. Please do not enter account information in the email. If paying by a different card, you can update the card on your profile and checkout (see steps above).

Why are some buttons not working on the site?
The event site does not work well with Internet Explorer. We encourage you to use Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox or Safari to have the best experience while on the site. 

Why am I receiving a service denied message when I text something to 76278?
Please make sure that the keyword you're sending is formatted correctly. If you continue receiving an error, it is possible that your service provider has blocked messages from short 5-digit numbers. Please call your carrier to activate the ShortCode Text or Premium SMS service. Or you can continue enjoying the event using your browser.
