Is it too late to purchase a ticket?
No, its not too late! Limited onsite tickets are still available and can be purchased by clicking the "purchase tickets" link at the top of the event page https://2023foundation.givesmart.com/. Your tickets will be available for pickup immediately upon completion of your purchase.
How do I get the tickets I've purchased?
No one will be admitted without an actual hard paper ticket. All purchased tickets will be available at the Foundation's registration desk at GWS (Pre-function Hall C at the Hynes Convention Center) between the morning of Tuesday 10/17 and the afternoon of Thursday 10/19, or available at Will Call starting 6pm Thursday at the entrance to Big Night Live (110 Causeway St, Boston, MA 02114).
It is highly recommended to pick up your tickets in advance to avoid waiting at Will Call pickup.
I am someone's guest at the Celebration. Do I need a ticket?
Yes - you or the person who invited you will need to present a ticket for you to enter.
Will there be transportation to the event?
Yes! Complimentary coach busses will pick up party guests outside the entrance to the Hynes Convention Center (900 Boylston St) beginning at 6:30pm and be available to return guests to the same location.
If guests choose to forgo the shuttle, the venue is a 15 minute taxi rid. Or, board the Green Line D train to Union Center from the Hynes Convention Center station. The North station is steps away from the venue.
What is the Dress Code?
Our goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can relax, enjoy themselves, and support our cause. Whether you prefer dressing up in your finest attire or keeping it casual and comfy, your presence is what matters most. There's no strict dress code here-just your unique style and personality.
So, dust off your favorite outfit, whether that's a glamorous gown, a dapper suit, or casual chic attire. What's most important is that you come ready to have a wonderful time while contributing to a great cause.
Will there be a full dinner at Celebration?
Yes! This event will feature plenty of food and drink! Multiple complimentary bars and a full dinner spread with everything from passed hors d'oeuvres to fun local fare and carving stations to help you #PartywithPurpose!
Do I need to reserve a table?
Premium seating booths have been reserved for sponsors and will be clearly marked as reserved. All remaining tables are designated as open seating. This includes the "Studio B" area where guests are invited to enjoy their food at communal tables. There will be a limited number of tables available in the music hall on a first-come first-serve basis.
Will there be a Foundation Walk during GWS?
Yes - the walk will be held on Friday morning, Oct. 20th from 8:00am to 8:45am at 900 Boylston St.

Will there be a Foundation auction this year?
No - The Foundation's signature event this year will once again be the "Party with Purpose" and we encourage you to support the cause by purchasing a ticket to attend and donating using the donations link on this site!

The Foundation hosts several fund raisers like the Celebration and the Walk. Where do the funds raised go?
Funds raised by the Foundation benefit our charitable partners, Move for Hunger and Family Promise, as well as our scholarship program for high school seniors who have relocated during high school and our disaster relief fund, which, in partnership with our regional partners offers funds to certain areas affected during times of great need.
