Vendor Booth Requirements:
- Setup begins at 8 a.m
- 10x10 Pop-up tent
- Your own table(s) and chair(s), and any other displays
- Vendors are to have either candy or a fun event/game/craft for the Trick-or-Treaters
- Your own extension cord(s) min 30ft 3 prong and any power strips you require
- Duct tape to tape down any and all cords or anything that could be considered a tripping hazard
- It is the responsibility of the vendor to assemble/disassemble his/her own area
- Vendors may not break down their area until 4:00 p.m at the earliest.
- All vendors must be finished breaking down and loading by 5:00 p.m
- All Booth Participants must dispose of their own trash

**** WAIVER: In consideration of your accepting my entry. I, intending to be legally bound, do hereby for myself, heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims or damages I may incur against the persons and/organizations affiliated with Chasin A Dream Foundation, its employees directors, agents, volunteers and members; including all injuries that may be suffered by me in route to or from the event. As part of this waiver, I acknowledge that I have read and understand and will comply with all of the above. ***
