How do I submit an item to the auction?
Please submit items to the auction by completing this form. You will be responsible for shipping the item to the winning bidder. You cannot be reimbursed for shipping costs. The deadline to submit an item for the auction is July 1.
Can I share this auction website on social media?
No. Only members of our solicitable class can be asked to give to the PAC and therefore also donate or bid on items for the auction. This includes NEA members, NEA staff, NEA affiliate staff, and immediate family members. Please do not use social media to solicit for PAC contributions or to publicize our auction.
If I am an NEA RA delegate and I win an auction item does that count toward my donation goal for incentive items?
Yes. However, if you bid on an item but someone else wins the item your losing bid does not count.
If I am not an NEA RA delegate am I eligible for incentive items?
No.
How do I pay for an item I won?
Payments are not processed via this website. Payment instructions will be sent to you after the auction closes.
If I won an item how will I receive it?
The member who donated the item is responsible for getting the item to you. Please make sure your contact information on this website is current. To check your contact information:
1. Click on your name in the top right corner
2. Select 'Profile' from the dropdown
3. Update your information if needed.
4. Click "Save Profile"
If I donated an item how will I know who the winner is?
After the auction closes this information will be given to you. You will be responsible for sending the winner the item, including shipping costs.

What does the NEA PAC fund get used for?
The NEA PAC fund is used to support NEA-endorsed candidates for federal office. Electing NEA-endorsed candidates to office helps the NEA advance its Legislative Program. You can read more about the NEA's Legislative Program here.
