What should I wear?

The event's dress code is business casual.


What time should I arrive?

The event officially begins at 6PM with opening remarks and dinner starting at 6:30PM, but check-in will open at 5:45PM for early arrivals.


Where should I park?

The Gardens of Park Hills offers complimentary onsite parking.

 

Is the venue handicap-accessible?

Yes! There are no steps to navigate getting into the building or the event space.


Will there be a cash bar?

Yes - and it's a TRUE cash bar. The venue is not able to process credit cards, so please plan accordingly if you intend to purchase alcoholic beverages.

 

Will there be music?

Yes! Members of Dixie's jazz band will be performing until dinner begins.


Is there assigned seating?

Yes - your table number can be found by going to the event homepage and clicking "My Info" at the top of the page. We'll also have a printed seating chart available for reference at the event. We did our best to accommodate seating requests based on table size and seating limitations.

 

What's for dinner?

Guests will enjoy a three-course meal, beginning with a house salad and dinner rolls, followed by a Tuscan Chicken entree with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and pan-seared garden vegetables, and concluding with gourmet dessert bites.
